While working as a Cannabis Broker, Caron became inspired by the potential

of cannabis to improve the quality of health for people living with life

threatening diseases. He envisioned providing people in need with cleaner and

safer medicinal cannabis at a discounted price and eventually for free for

patients with debilitating illnesses. Caron also has been motivated by the

inequity and unfair impact on people of color due to the criminalisation of

cannabis. He has deep experience in the recreational cannabis market and

hopes to use his innovative, entrepreneurial ideas and techniques to produce

unique products. He plans to use his experience in marketing, sales and

promotion from his background in music and entertainment to acquire

partnerships with high profile celebrities and athletes with compatible social

justice values. The goal is to contribute a percentage of profits made from the

recreational cannabis business to cover the costs of providing discounted

medicinal cannabis to underserved communities and support other cannabis

equity business. Caron developed this vision and formulated it in partnership

with his mother who has direct expertise in the healthcare field. In the future,

Caron plans to venture into the international cannabis market to create new

businesses and partnerships.
